The Tara Centre in Omagh is a welcoming space dedicated to healing, peace and holistic wellbeing. Established in 1996, the centre provides a range of therapeutic services, including counselling, psychotherapy, art therapy, complementary therapies, meditation, yoga and support groups, helping people nurture their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
By supporting our event, you’ll be helping raise funds for the Tara Centre and the valuable work they do to support individuals and the wider community.
