Job Title: Outdoor Activity Instructors (Part Time)
Key Function: So much of the Todds Leap Experience is down to our fun loving and friendly instructors. Further to completion of our renowned in-house training programme, your day to day role will include the instruction of Todds Leap activities, entertaining visitors and ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
Responsible to: Managing Director
Location: Todds Leap Activity Centre, 30 Todds Leap Road, Ballygawley, Co. Tyrone, BT70 2BW
Hourly Rate: Competitive rate offered dependent on completion of mandatory training and subject to satisfactory appraisal.
Hours: Weekend work (Saturday’s and Sunday’s) are essential for this role. Seasonal work (e.g. Summer and Christmas) will also be available and expected of you.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcoming and briefing visitors to Todds Leap Activity Centre.
- Providing health and safety advice and instructions to customers.
- Leading and supporting a range of outdoor activities and our award-winning seasonal events. Check out toddsleap.com for further details on our offering.
- Support the general day to day running of Todds Leap Activity Centre.
- Provide continuous feedback on customer experience and other issues to senior instructors and management.
- Any other duties that contribute to supporting Todds Leap Activity Centre achieve growth and maintain high standards.
Requirements
Essential
- Must be minimum of 18 years old.
- Attention to detail with a high standard of customer care.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a passion for outdoor activities.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Availability for weekend work (Saturday and Sundays).
Desirable
- Experience of working in a customer facing role.
- Experience of leading on group work activities.
- Knowledge and/or experience of health and safety requirements.
